Plans and Pricing
*Pricing: A one hour session for an individual
or partnership session costs $45.00
*A discounted price of $40.00 per session
applies to a monthly block of 8 sessions
($320.00-2 sessions per week) paid in advance.
*A discounted price of $35.00 per session
applies to a monthly block of 12 sessions,
($420.00-3 per week) paid in advance.
*For an in depth introduction or gift certificates
there is a one time 3 session program for $110.00.
Follow-up training can be scheduled
on an individual program basis
***It is strongly recommended that anyone interested in comprehensive self defense training take a minimum of 12 sessions***
Because we encourage partnerships for the purpose
of practice and reinforcement, two people can share
a program at no additional cost.
Up to three people may train together
for an additional $10.00 per session.
