Individual and Partner Training
We offer flexible fitness and self defense training sessions to individuals or partners, (2 persons)

Appointments can be made for open slots, Monday through Friday on a regular or drop in basis.

Saturday appointments can be made on a limited basis, (not ongoing), for a single session or  a group workshop.

Sessions are generally one hour in length, but can be scheduled for up to 2 hours.  The focus of each class may vary, and can include any element of training described on our about page. After discussing your fitness goals, we will work with you to custom tailor your program.
